Integrative Downers Grove Doctor's office continues to grow in its 6th year and is ready to hire another Rockstar person looking to be part of a fantastic team. No experience is needed because we can train you in our office, but you must be a fast learner, and you must also have a passion for your own health. This position is part-time roughly 30 hours a week.

We are a Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine clinic. The doctors in our office have helped over hundreds of patients overcome their complex health concerns and chronic illnesses by addressing the underlying causes. The doctors here regularly attend conferences to stay at the cutting edge of natural health procedures and protocols to provide a unique patient experience and remarkable results.

We want a person who will be a great ambassador for the practice. Someone who wants to change lives and wants to play a part in helping other individuals start their journey to health and wellness. There are many working parts to our clinic which require the ability to seamlessly switch from one task to the next.

Basic Responsibilities

• Confidently Answering phone calls and questions from prospective patients (special training on this)
• Greet, check-in and check-out patients
• Collect patient payments - you can have NO problem talking about and handling money
• Prepare patient charts with demographics, forms, etc.
• Electronic Filing of charts, notes, lab results, etc.
• Electronic Billing
• Attend to different therapies

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be extremely detail-oriented
• Have outstanding technological savviness and capability with the ability to move seamlessly between a variety of different software and cloud-based applications. You must know how to navigate through common computer software like: Microsoft word, excel, google calendar, Facebook. You must also know how to do basic computer tasks seamlessly like: transferring and labeling files, adding links to email, etc.
• Be able to answer patient calls independently, and sometimes remotely and to be able to coordinate patient questions and care with the appropriate doctor and team member
• Take responsibility for their actions and behavior
• Support and respect other office team members as well as current and prospective patients, regardless of their personalities
• Have an interest in their own health and wellness
